Christmas is a time when our already busy lives seem to shift into top gear. The Christmas season should be a time of peace, but can feel more like it’s a hassle to our hectic existence.

Being present in the moment has never been harder. We’re constantly connected but have never felt more apart. We’re fully accessible, and yet layers of isolation and loneliness are at an all time high.
